Blows of life....

Life in it's deepest meanings has a lot in store for everyone. The grave and the most strangest example is the suspense that it embraces in it's vicinity. Everyone has his share of challenges to face and also to unravel his share of mysteries.

Wade was the same such being who was facing his  share of challenges in his adolescence. He was a student of age 16, and went to one of the most recognized institutions of his city. His father was no more and his mother a homemaker. Wade had to struggle hard to survive, during the day he went to school and in the evening worked on a bookstall to sustain his family in Connecticut. Since his mother was disabled he had to look after her as well. Wade lost his father in his early childhood due to an epidemic which widely spread at that time. Poor boy, couldn't even walk the time this happened. His mother also got injured in that accident, now she was disabled.

Life in it's real test had scrutinized Wade right from his early days. The strong blows that he received from life in his early childhood were imprinted in his conscience. Nevertheless, Wade had faith, faith in God, faith in goodness and that was the sole reason that he struggled, for himself and for his poor mother.

Wade also had to lend money from the moneylender, though most of the times he returned the borrowing within time, but whenever he defaulted, there was an added blow from the moneylender.

Moreover, life was dragging Wade in it's own fashion and in a sense teaching him to be mature in all aspects of severity. He had also got stronger facing everyday challenges of life and could easily counter the uneven designs of life. More categorically saying he had grown 'street smart' and faced the situations quite boldly now.

Since his neighbours were well acquainted with his hardships, they were eager to help him in times of destitute, but since Wade was a self respecting and honest boy, most of the time he refused to accept any help from anyone whatsoever.

Wade aspired to become a lawyer when he grew up. His thoughts were channelized so because he had seen poor people who were a victim of the paralyzed policies of the state wandering for justice which they never got. He had also seen innocent citizens succumbing to 'red -tapism' of the govt. departments. He had resentment within with the system, which he thought to grow up and counter.

People around him sensed the truth in his struggles and believed him in his endeavors. People respected him for the pain he undertook for his mother and his own studies. The struggle in Wade's story bears a leading light to all those in similar situations with a hope to a new brightening day where all the hardships of life would end thus surpassing each and every hardship and will bring a new sunshine.............Contd.......

Rearranging the day. part 5. Concluding.

 .....Contd from Part 4....

The very next day, Sam himself called her from the office in the afternoon and asked her to come and meet Sam in the office. She affirmed for the next day as she couldn';t come on that particular day. as she had some interviews scheduled.

Sam awaited for her the next day and was pleased to see her in the office at around 3.0 'clock.

Sam offered her to sit and called for a cup of coffee for her. While the time she was with Sam all her attention was focused on the reasons for being called after being rejected once. Sam after getting a complete picture of her background and financial status, straightaway said that the company had reconsidered their decision and would like to appoint her for the position. The position was for ' assistant manager human resources, which she fit in quite well.

One thing that she answered went deep into Sam's conscience, ' If one doesn't offer opportunities to a fresher, how will the fresher gather experience?' This answer clicked and Sam appreciated such a straightforward answer. Finally she signed the offer and appointment letters ecstatically as she was being offered an enhanced package greater to what was offered in the advertisement. She thanked Sam and expressed her gratitude. She was told to join at the earliest, she accepted to join from the 1st of next month, which was to arrive only after 3 days or so.

There was a question for which she was quite particular about, that was why was she called after rejection?  Sam wanted to satisfy her and he simply said that since her academics were excellent and that they couldn't find any matching candidates in the entire interview , hence she was binge made the offer. Sam also came to know that she was a middle class girl and her parents were too old to earn and also that she had a younger sister to support, hence her cause was genuine and she was befitting for selection.

Now that she was done with the formalities she asked for a leave as it was 5 '0 clock by that time. Sam granted her leave and congratulated her for being selected once more. She obligingly wished and took leave.

That day Sam relaxed in the office till quite late as he was relieved of the pressure and the question of injustice which was baffling him for quite some time now.

When he came back, he sat with Rafe, and imparted some moral lessons to his sunny boy. His words went like this- ' we should always review our actions and if we come to know that there was some inaccuracy on our part, we should re- correct that flaw, instead of pondering on it and getting disturbed further.' The final point that he made to his son was to help others.

 ..........  Concluded.

Replicate.

To replicate is to repeat,

Not the mistake,

But the retreat,

As it partakes.

Replicate doesn't mean,

To duplicate the others,

But the lines in between,

And to open our inner sealed covers.

To replicate sometimes,

Becomes a boon,

As it prevents crimes,

And synchronizes a new tune.

Rearranging the day. part 4.

 .....Contd from Part 3......

Now since there was decentralization of activities, they were quite organised. They were able to focus on their own verticals and the poor child was also receiving due attention from parents. As it is a general happening in most of the households nowadays that owing to the over involvement of the parents in their jobs and outward activities, the child gets neglected. In the beginning their case was also similar. But after realizing the problem both sat down amicably and unanimous decision of Mary quitting the job was taken. They didn't want to compromise with the child's future as Sam's earnings was sufficient enough to keep the ball rolling.

Although Sam and Mary were not atheist, but they couldn't get any time for worship, hence it was only on either Saturdays or Sundays that they visited the Church in their vicinity. Rafe also accompanied them, as they wanted their child to be a gentleman like every other parents and accordingly a deeper moral sense needed to be developed. Accordingly they were inculcating a more developed conscience of the child as whenever they visited the Church, they closed their eyes and prayed and so did Rafe as the child learns from his parents. They spent quite a considerable time in the Church and when they returned home they asked Rafe as what did he ask for in his prayers. Rafe since was a child after all, innocently replied with some giggling answers which always brought smile to their countenance.

This weekend when  they visited the Church, Sam turned introvert and inquisitive, as he wanted the answers to his queries- all those ominous happenings that was taking place since quite a few days. He sat for long closing his eyes and after about nearly half an hour, opened his eyes smiling - perhaps he got the answer to the whirling questions. Quite a few days back he remembered, that while taking the interviews for the new employees, he rejected a female candidate on account of her lesser experience, although her academics were simply impressive, but since the requirement demanded a more experienced person, Sam couldn't make a compromise to that. The Interviewee kept on pleading after the rejection, citing the grave difficulties that she was in, but he couldn't consider as per the job requirements.

This very scene flash backed in his conscience, and at this juncture he got an answer the chain of baleful events that happened in the recent past. That girl was indeed in need of a job and her credentials proved that she could well cater to the requirements of the job.

Sam discussed this with Mary and she also affirmed on his inhibitions, to call her back and employ her to the vacant position.........Contd.........

Virtuous.

It takes a lot to be virtuous,

Controlling actions is uphill task,

Checking your thoughts continuous,

Purity is the question to ask.

Burdened with the heavy load,

Annoyed by the responsibilities,

Anyhow getting the spirit towed,

have to keep thinking on the possibilities.

Despite all odds, the task is arduous,

Maintaining the calm and still,

Moving ahead is tortuous,

It takes a lot to be virtuous.

Rearranging the day. Part 3.

 .....Contd from Part 2.......

Sam lying down on sofa traveled retrospectively, nearly ten years back when he met Mary accidentally in a job interview. Sam was unemployed at that time and went from office to office, thus appearing in job interviews. Mary also did the same at that time as they were fresh college pass-outs during those days.

While Sam was awaiting his turn at the interview, Mary came out completing her interview and sat besides Sam to complete some dossier formalities as she had some positive indications from the interviewer. Sam perturbed of his own turn, began inquiring Mary as to what were the subjects that the interviewer were concerned with. Mary affirmatively satisfied his queries and suggested to brush up his academics and hobbies, as those were being more focused upon. Sam revised both the points thoroughly and went in when his turn arrived. Mary left for her home in the meanwhile, as she had no business sitting there as she had already availed her chance favorably. Fortunately, Sam and Mary both were called for the final round as they had fared quite well overall and finally got selected. Sam was selected for the post of Chief of Operations, while Mary was selected for Human resources. Sam and Mary with the passage of time got acquainted with each other and started to see each other for nearly two years.

Only after getting to know mutually, that they agreed to tie a knot- i.e get married as both of them were quite fond of each other's qualities and traits. Their marriage had now been nearly eight long years with experiences to be cherished. They were quite comfortable and compatible to each other, and gave lot of respect to their relationship and wishes. Sam with the maturity of time had got quite senior in the job and was drawing a good salary, while Mary after bearing the child, thought it wise to quit the job and contribute in the household and upbringing the child. However, it was not forcefully, but voluntarily through mutual consent that they decided Sam to continue and Mary dropping the job.

Eventually, Mary had completed four years in the job, the time she left. Since then, she was busy looking after homemaking and nurturing their only child -Rafe. However, this decision tuned in to be righteous as Sam looked after beyond the boundaries of home and Mary well within it. So, they managed to coordinate each other on  every front............Contd........

Intensity.

Not a mere literal expression,

It has a force in precision,

Cumulative in exaction,

Intensity has a sure attraction.

The lesser the degree of intensity,

Lesser the results that assemble,

The results have their own propensity,

One thing for sure, it can make heavens tremble.

If you want to keep moving on,

Get the adrenaline flowing up,

You have to keep your sleeves drawn,

Have to counter the challenges with a 'yup'.

Intensity is the element that keeps one involved,

Every breath is fully engrossed,

Life in a new sense is fully evolved,

Every boundary is almost crossed.

Rearranging the day. Part 2.

 ...Contd. from Part 1......

Rafe was a child maturer than his age, and was quite fond of studies and some extra curricular activities thereafter. Rafe most of the times was busy doing his homework after school, and play games at the playground with his pals or on mobile or video games viz. grand theft auto or fortnight whenever alone.

While sitting next to his respectable father that day, he could also notice something wrong with his father, as his mood was more so disturbed. He went and inquired about the whereabouts from his mother in the kitchen. However on the plain answer from her, he couldn't very well apprehend the nature of the problem. He then went on to play his mobile game in his childhood fervor. While playing the game, he could very well hear the whispering sounds of his parents. However, he had decided to leave his parents with their intricate problem and keep on enjoying his game. He reached level 28 in his game and was  trying hard to reach level 29 for the past 6 days. Hence he was more concerned with his problem than his parents.

Mary was being more philosophical in her approach in consoling her husband, as she didn't want her husband's mood to go for a toss. Otherwise it would spoil the entire milieu. Hence she wanted Sam to take it easy and recover from the setbacks that upset him. On the other hand Sam repeatedly kept on focusing on the same old concern and wasn't ready to give up until he reached a conclusion of the ill- happenings. Sam wasn't an atheist and lead a very pious and humble life as he loved his family, that was the reason he wanted to get to the root of the cause as he didn't commit any wrongdoing in the recent past. The questions that perplexed Sam were obvious and would definitely come to the mind of any person, if it happened with him.........Contd............

Walking on.

Life is short but the problems large,

Have to move on and on,

 Have to maintain the charge,

 Hence keep going upon.

Does it take anything to motivate,

Not only oneself but others as well,

 Have to behave a potentate,

If I succeed will have a story to tell.

That is why there are aphorisms,

Which tell the success stories,

To ameliorate the life's alogrithms,

And reach the sky high glories.

That's why keep walking on and on,

Without taking even a single yawn,

Walking the numerous problems upon,

The problems that you find now, will sooner be gone.

Rearranging the day. Part 1.

One fine evening Sam broke out, eventually letting everything rush in compromising stature. The day had not been upto his expectations and the vehicle ram-shackled on the other hand. He felt perplexed in the office as nothing was going his way, that very day. However, he managed to control himself anyhow, and focused on his daily list. He pressed the bell button and called upon the peon to bring him the dossiers that were lined up that very day. He also faced the hierarchical admonishment for no fault of his. Maybe the celestial pattern of his stars were not in line that day- he thought.

Anyhow he manged to channelize and bear all the odds that were happening that day, and  while on his way the car also broke down heavily thus causing some financial loss at the top. He left his vehicle at the garage and came home on a taxi. He kept on thinking about the advancements that took place during the day. When he came back he discussed the happenings with his wife. She consoled him to the best of her abilities that everyday is not alike, have patience and settle down. But he was unable to understand that why such ominous things happened after all. She suggested to take things in a casual manner as it happens with everyone as there are ups and downs in life, everyday is not a Sunday.

Sam's spouse was Mary and as her name suggests she was a mature lady with a sober appearance and took care of the child and household quite aesthetically. She managed to prepare the breakfast in the morning for her family which included husband and child after they left for office and school, she was occupied in the household activities.

The child was Rafe who was 7 years and was a student of standard 2, in one of the esteemed schools of that city...............Contd.......

Her dreams.

Her dreams dragged her
Big difficulties though
Couldn't stop her
To squeeze water from snow.

Nevertheless problems were enormous
But her patience was remarkable
Her persistence even aurous
Which made her unstoppable.

She had some dreams
Which needed to be fulfilled
For which she subdued her screams
For this she let herself grilled.

Working hard was the answer
To the questions of life that faced her
That made her chase after
Which made her actions inverse.

A lesson that needs to learnt
In your life never get blunt
Keep on working never outburst
Keep chasing always, your life hunt.

Aspirations of a young boy.

Rex is the only child of his parents.

He is 6 years of age with a jovial appearance. His parents are working, hence he is predominantly nurtured by a maid.

In the morning he goes to school along with his parents but arrives home early, generally in the afternoon.

Whenever he returns home, he finds the maid at home who takes care of him. When he returns back he has a bundle of questions and experiences in mind, which he wants to discuss with his parents and finds it really difficult to vent it out with the maid.

In the evening the parents are tired, and are too repulsive to his queries, Rex thus feels helpless for his unanswered questions. Times and again he tries to discuss the issues with the maid, but alas! she is unable to either apprehend or address the queries.

Once he broke out in front of his parents, yelled and cried a lot for his inhibitions which he stored for quite a few years now. His mother consoled him and tried to get an idea of his problems. But that was once in a blue moon, that too not very often. Rex also feels helpless and subdues his desires most of the time.

But, this kind of situation not only prevents his mind from blossoming and he is kind of grief struck most of the times. He is more so absorbed in playing games on the mobile consequentially.

In modern day living this is the situation in nearly all households, where the parents are working and have no time for their children. This has an adverse impact on the child and his overall personality. As a result the modern day children are throwing most of their valuable time on the internet and other electronic mediums. This is killing their innocence and is making them violent. This situation needs to be checked in each and every home irrespective of their geographical location.

The child needs more care, time and benevolence from his parents. the parents should in any condition plan some time for their children and spend some quality time with their little one, no matter what.
