Death in disguise.

The present state of the affairs around,

 Reminds us of something unusual,

 Leaves for us no ground,

From the clutches, which is cruel.

Is it the heaven's breaking loose,

Or is it the death in disguise,

Or is it the mother nature's abuse,

Why is there fear in every eyes?

Regardless of the precaution,

It is marching forward in force,

Is it the evil's repercussion?

Or is it the death's due course?

The selfish world.

 Lost in it's own interest,

The world is at typical unrest,

 Thinking about it's selfish motives,

 Everyone has become self promotive.

Why no one has the time to stop and look,

As who from the community has fallen down,

Why has everyone, got to the level of crook?

Is there no one left such sensuous in town?

But don't forget, the God sees,

From up above he keeps track,

After being such unemotional don't be at ease,

Your Karma's will one day repulse back.

Is it because of time, the world has turned so selfish?

Or is it beyond apprehension?

Why is the world growing like a shellfish?

Why is there so much condescension?

Humanity will win.

Time is tight, hence hold on,

Situations thin, so hold your brawn,

 Heaven is breaking loose,

 Tighten upon your noose.

Commandments are to be within boundary,

Then why to bother ourselves in quandary,

Gods seem to be angry nowadays,

These days better, to prefer delays.

The enemies of humanity have opened their horses,

The evil is loitering in full forces,

But, in the name of humanity, let's keep our fingers crossed,

That humanity will win, let's get it embossed.

The family partition. Part 3.

Contd. from part 2.....

Gradually the days passed by and more than 2 weeks time had gone by now. They didn't hear anything from Ivans till now. Now nearly a month passed by, Riley came in a candid meeting with his father and discussed about what was to be done further? They finally reached to a conclusion that since it was not a timid issue and the contention that Ivans had given rise to should be nipped in the bud.

They set forth for a reminder for their notice that they already sent. This time their reminder stated that if the reminder wasn't replied well within time, it would further incite litigation in the court of law. Days passed by, and after about one week, Ivans was seen in the office alone and surprisingly, in a casual look. Riley, his father and the family lawyer were all present there. His tone was very low, and was submissive and seemed sorry for all, that happened.

He wanted to talk to his father in person, Gilbert with a slight nod of his head asked Riley and his family lawyer to leave, they left soon. Ivans bowed down at his father's knees and started weeping badly, there was truth in his voice, which Gilbert could easily sense being his father. Gilbert only wanted the answer to a simple question and that was, where did he spend all the money.

Now Ivans started to reveal that sometimes back, he with his spoilt friends got into the habit of visiting casino. They visited the casino in Las Vegas and since Ivans was not that dexterous in gambling, he lost that much money slowly. It was his bad friends who coaxed him to ask for partition, so that they could carry on with their gambling business. Ivans once again apologized and promised never to repeat such an act again. Gilbert held his hands and patted his back, he was happy that he told him the truth.

Gilbert asked Ivans to be at the dinner table tonight. Ivans nodded in affirmation and left. Finally in the evening everyone was sitting at the dinner table and Ivans thought it wise to reveal every secret on his own. Every member of the family was initially perplexed but ultimately quite happy to learn that, ' It is never too late to mend'.

Now, each and every family member was elated upon learning that the question of 'family partition was over', and that they stay consolidated and intact. It is rightly said' United we stand and divided we fall'.

The family partition. Part 2.

 ....contd.  from part 1......

The family members were unaware of his designs. One fine morning Ivans while on the breakfast table expressed his ugly intentions to his father. He demanded division of Gilbert's business and thus his share. Ivan's mother got furious at this and cried out at the top of her voice. She reminded Ivan's of his father's obligations on him and the love and affection that his brothers and sister had towards him. Surprisingly, Ivans turned deaf ears to his mother and abruptly stood up and walked away. A week passed by after this incident, most of them forgot about the happening.

Gilbert was in the office that morning, he received certain letters by post from the peon. One of the posts was from Ivan's attorney that was addressed to him, with the heading- "Legal Notice". Gilbert who was alone in his office that time, sulked and tears broke down his eyes. He closed his eyes and prayed for the unification of his family. His dreams of keeping his business consolidated was frittering away.

The very next day, Ivans appeared in his father's office with his attorney and repeated the points mentioned in the notice. Gilbert was ready this time, he called Riley, and he showed up with their family lawyer, who handed over an envelope which consisted of some documents. The family lawyer asked them to reply those debts first, then ask for partition. He quoted the time-frame to file the reply, which was two weeks. Ivans with his attorney stood up and abruptly walked out stating shrewdly, that they would come back with the reply.

Gilbert discussed with Riley and the family lawyer about the contents in the envelope. He was informed that, Ivans was in the habit of taking loans from various banks and this he did on the basis of the business. The loans amounted to 10 million dollars, that were concomitantly on the joint business. This was alarming as Gilbert never knew about this, it was Riley who pulled up the records with the help of the family lawyer. This move was a 'tit for tat' for Ivans, now he had to explain as to where and what purpose, did he spend the loan amount.

The family partition. Part 1.

Gilbert was an industrialist, who owned numerous industries across the country. He worked hard in his youth, as he never wanted to die in destitution. However he was affluent in his youth, as was a descendant of a rich father. But, he toiled relentlessly to maintain the name and fame and was able to hold up to  his father's name and fame.

He was a family of six, including his wife- Emily, his sons Ivan, Riley and Dan. He had a sweet daughter - Emma, all of them were grown up. His sons were looking after the business quite proficiently. Since all of them were,  nearly the same age were always at loggerheads with each other. Gilbert had to intervene quite often to resolve their differences. Gilbert though quite unhappy with their differences, thought it to be an issue related to young age and never took it seriously.

Ivan was elder of them all, was a bit too flamboyant, in his designs. Then was Riley who was a father's boy and obeyed his father to the extreme. Dan didn't have much to do with the office, as he and his sister Emma, were completing their degree in electronics. Emily was a homemaker and sometimes would like to go shopping with her daughter. Time was passing by in it's stride, and their business kept multiplying as the father the son duo devoted full time to it.

Ivan was a party animal, and he liked late nights and hanging out with his friends. He was also a social drinker. He had hobbies which were too expensive and a normal being would aghast at. He normally didn't like his father's simple and down to earth living. They all, were not very appreciative of Ivan's habits as he had some spoilt brats as his friend. He was such a nuts that he din't even felt bad insulting his father and brothers openly.

Though Gilbert was a billionaire, his behavior and mannerisms were too modest. As he grew from the scratch, he behaved well socially. So were his entire family excluding Ivans, as he had some kind of wrong signals being imparted from his spoilt friends. They always coached him to ask for his share and go independent. Ivans initially didn't pay much heed to these futile talks. But after some time, on continually hearing it from his friends, thought it wise to be 'independent', i.e. to part from rest of his family.

Learnings.

Does the early learning hold any good?

Do they have an impact on our thoughts?

Or they become a waste in the adulthood?

Or in the mind they form some knots?

Yes, they have a fine impact,

 Personalities groom on the learnings,

Those learnings, teach you the smart tact,

Later on they enlarge as earnings.

The source of these hold equal importance,

As another way it would go virulent,

If from a genuine source will work in accordance,

The personality otherwise would turn arrogant.

Lost.

Lost in despair, I moved on,

Cost I paid was much upon,

Life gave me a throwback,

At a point where i was taken aback.

Strolling at my own pace,

Searching a solution to my case,

Lost in intricacies of the remedy,

I was making God's parody.

The solution existed within me i knew,

Anything could prop under the blue,

Never lose hope said the inner voice,

It was harder to make the choice.

Ultimately shed the dual mind,

Vowed to leave the confusion behind,

To maintain amicable relations at work,

And that, at the exigencies will vehemently lurk.

Memories do the magic. Part 2.

 .....Contd. from Part 1......

Martin broke the silence and asked about his well being. John smiled positively, and asked Martin whether he remembered their previous congregation?. Martin nodded in affirmation and talked about the incident that took place about 5 years ago.

Till that time the owner of the glass factory and few of Martin's friends also assembled around as curiosity was at the peak. They all wanted to know, how Martin knew John- who was a billionaire industrialist. Sensing the prevailing eagerness in the atmosphere, John pointing towards his friend addressed them all. He said that he knew Martin out of an accident, which happened 5 years back. He narrated the whole incident, that how his car broke out in the middle of the road and he was intimidated by a gang of burglars. How Martin came to his rescue and helped him overcome the situation.

John also told everyone that it was a real crisis in which he was locked 5 years back and it was only due to Martin that he was alive. The gang of burglars which was a dangerous gang indeed was countered with the help of Martin. He also informed that Martin was so modest and humble a person, that he did not want any reward or remuneration from John and he left the spot quickly. That he didn't allow John time, even for a formal introduction leave aside the reward.

John looked quite pleasant and surprised and went with his friend- the glass factory owner to his office. The office was situated inside the campus itself, and was meant for formal meetings. Both of them were there for around half an hour and then came out. Everyone was busy in their work lest they heard an announcement. It was John who addressed them all and announced that after taking a feedback from his friend and much discussions. He came to the conclusion that in order to settle scores for the incident that happened long back and to repay his social debt. John was appointing Martin - the chief security officer of his group of industries, as he needed an honest and sincere person and he fulfilled the criterion.

Everyone was enthralled hearing this and congratulated Martin on his success. Martin also looked up and thanked God as ' the memories did the magic', and lady luck smiled on him. In the evening when he went back home, the family members were elated on his success. The jubilation was obvious and natural, and why not as martin's salary was enhanced nearly 'ten times'.

Memories do the magic. Part 1.

" Nothing but memories remain", is the aphorism we have been hearing from our tender age. Since the intellect and experiences are not ample to comprehend the wisdom contained, the child usually ignores the meaning. Memories have their own importance in a person's life. It is memories and the remembrance of a particular meeting or an event which we cherish for long.

Martin was a father of two and a loving husband of Patricia. He worked as a daily wage earner in a glass factory. Since he didn't complete his college, he had to settle down for such, blue collar job in life. The wonderful thing was, he never complained of his situation. He was immersed in upbringing his children and sustaining his household. There was a greatness in Martin's character and that was he refrained from bad habits like, gambling, intoxication etc. Another point was that he synchronized with the work, involved in, hence excelled.

He was recognized at his workplace as ' master of his trade'. Employees contacted him whenever they were in distress, and he resolved their issues. He was also revered by his superiors in the factory. Overall he had a very nice image as a workman and people honored him for his dedication. Days were passing by and everything was normal, Martin busy in work as usual and wife and children back at home. One fine day the factory owner came along with one of his friends for a visit. He demonstrated the manufacturing unit and the number of employees that he had. His friend seemed to be quite modest and mature person.

The owner's friend inspected and analyzed the state of the workers, rather than the factory. He witnessed the jovial milieu in the campus and was assured that the employees were taken care of quite well. Suddenly he had a glimpse of Martin and there was a spark of sudden joy on his countenance. Perhaps he remembered something, and was eager to move on and exchange words with Martin. He went ahead and kept his hands on Martin's shoulder as if he was known to Martin.

Martin looked back, anxious to know about the identity of the hand on his shoulder. Martin was taken by surprise as well as he had some blur memories of this person. He smiled and shook hands with his master's friend whose name was John. Both of them became emotional, as there was an element of emotion attached to their previous meeting.
